What we do
We start from the customers, so from you. We connect several customers with complementary consumption profiles and compatible credit rating in a special purpose vehicle (SPV). Each customer participate for its share and receives the corresponding share of energy. Everything remains transparent and clear.
Find the right project
Once the SPV is established, we find the right renewable energy project which deliver the lowest LCoE, and we negotiate the best PPA for you. The shareholders of the SPV receive then the benefits of the lowest possible energy costs. We take care of everything, from scouting to negotiation, including evaluation, consulting and legal support, up to the signature of the contract.
Live the project
A PPA is a long term contract, normally 10 to 15 years. Needs to be managed and operated over the contract lifetime. We take over the management of the SPV as well as the market and regulatory changes which could incur over the project lifetime. Doing that is our long-term business model. The result is that you can sit and profit by the PPA without the hassles of such complex constructs.
